This story came out over the weekend, so many people may have missed it. But with some of the recent rants about income taxes, I thought it was appropriate.

Russia instituted a 13% flat income tax. Of course, this sort of thing is supposed to destroy an economy. Instead, Russia's income tax revenue increased almost 50%. America should take note.
