Leandra and I went to our Bible study last night. It's just getting started. We think we're really going to enjoy it.

Last week was our organizational meeting - we selected a time to meet, got our books, and the leader reviewed the course and his expectations (show up consistently and on time, do the homework, etc). I didn't think there was anything unusual. But apparently someone else did. A couple came last week, but the husband refused to come this week. He said that he did not like some of the things said during the first meeting and needed to get them straight with the leader before he'd come. What was weird is that his wife came anyway, without her husband!

Maybe Leandra and I are just co-dependent, but I can't imagine one of us going to something like that when the other one refused to go.
