Terrorism in Milan?

Drudge is reporting a "small plane" hit a government building in Milan, Italy. I hope this is not more terrorism.

Didn't the first reports of the WTC also say that "a small plane" hit the first tower? I hope this reporting is more accurate than that was and that it wasn't another huge jet.
