The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia is investigating and considering filing charges against Bill Clinton for his role in the situation in Yugoslavia in 1995.

I know this is the ICTY and not the ICC, but this is exactly why I oppose the International Criminal Court. This is clearly a politically motivated investigation. Our government and military must be free to formulate and carry out policy as we think appropriate, without fear that they will be in danger of a kangaroo court.
