Yahoo! News - Corporate America Floods SEC with Oaths

The top brass of hundreds of America's biggest companies flooded the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday with pledges that their latest financial statements were honest and complete, under a commission order meant to help restore damaged investor confidence.

This is great news! Corporations will stop lying now. They signed something saying they would!

All is well citizens, move along.
