Her: Hey, I found a couple of bugs with your code that I was testing. (Insert one specific test result, and one very confusing and vague test result).
Me: I don't really understand that result. Can you give me more details? Have you tried (insert very detailed instructions here).
Her: I'll try that and get back to you.
Me: OK. When I have those results I will correct the code and send you a new build.

(Today)
Her: Hey, when are you going to have time to send me a new build?
Me: You never sent me those test results.
Her: (Repeats exact same thing she said three weeks ago).

Arrrggghh.
