This is the best speech so far I've read regarding the upcoming war:

We believe ... we will be victorious against the tyrant. The tyrant of this era thinks that he is an alternative to God and is His shadow on Earth. The tyrant thinks he is capable of enslaving the people and hiding the decisions, freedoms and legitimate choices [they were born with] when their mothers delivered them as free people... You the Iraqi people will be victorious, armed with faith, and the despots will be defeated and arrogance will not benefit them.

Saddam proved himself prophetic in this speech. Too bad for him, he's a tad bit confused as to who the tyrant is.
